DO & CO are a large catering and hospitality company providing food and services for some of the major airlines and hotels around the world as well as for large sporting events including Formula 1 and Champions league football. Ben Reed Architects were appointed in 2016 to produce detailed working drawings for the refurbishment and extension of their facility at Heathrow Airport. The drawing packages include for complex commercial kitchens and food preparation spaces, staff facilities, offices and the customer facing spaces in a new extension.
